What do you think about fandoms hating on each other? For example, HP & Twilight.

GOOD QUESTION.

The whole Harry Potter/Twilight hate thing really just pisses me of. I can understand you don’t like a fandom, but that doesn’t mean you have to hate everyone who is somehow related to that fandom. Also, you can’t compare 2 totally different stories with eachother. I mean, Twilight is about Bella & Edward, vampires and werewolves. On the other hand, Harry Potter is all about magic, friendship, love and courage. You just can’t compare them.

I’m part of both fandoms, Harry Potter AND Twilight. I just can’t handle it. I love both stories so much, and when I see them hating on eachother it just kinda makes me sad, you know. I never really felt like welcome in the Harry Potter fandom, because there are SO many ~potterheads~ who hate on Twilight (i’m not saying all of them do). This whole fandom hate things has to stop. It is stupid and misguided.
